РЕШЕНИЕ

О ВНЕСЕНИИ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ В ПРАВИЛА ЗЕМЛЕПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ И ЗАСТРОЙКИ ОСИЧКОВСКОГО, ЛОПУХОВСКОГО, ГРОМКОВСКОГО СЕЛЬСКИХ ПОСЕЛЕНИЙ РУДНЯНСКОГО МУНИЦИПАЛЬНОГО РАЙОНА ВОЛГОГРАДСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

Принято Руднянским районным

Советом народных депутатов                                              

Рассмотрев проекты о внесении изменений в Правила землепользования и застройки Осичковского, Лопуховского, Громковского сельских поселений                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Руднянского муниципального района Волгоградской области, заключения о результатах публичных слушаний  от   03.02.2020, в соответствии со статьями 31, 32, 33 Градостроительного кодекса Российской Федерации, на основании п. 20 ч.1 и ч.4 ст. 14 Федерального закона  от 06.10.2003 № 131-ФЗ «Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации», руководствуясь Уставом   Руднянского муниципального района Волгоградской области, Руднянский районный Совет народных депутатов решил:

Внести в карту границ территориальных зон Правил землепользования и застройки Осичковского сельского поселения Руднянского  муниципального района Волгоградской области применительно к населенному пункту Осички,  утвержденных решением Совета Осичковского сельского поселения  от 28.03. 2013  № 121, изменения согласно приложению № 1 к настоящему Решению.

Внести в карту границ территориальных зон Правил землепользования и застройки Лопуховского сельского поселения Руднянского  муниципального района Волгоградской области применительно к населенному пункту Лопуховка,  утвержденных решением Совета Лопуховского сельского поселения  от 19.12.2012  № 37/78, изменения согласно приложению № 2 к настоящему Решению.

Внести в карту границ территориальных зон Правил землепользования и застройки Громковского сельского поселения Руднянского  муниципального района Волгоградской области применительно к населенному пункту Громки и населенному пункту Старый Кондаль,  утвержденных решением Совета Громковского сельского поселения  от 20.03.2013  № 42/104, изменения согласно приложению № 3 к настоящему Решению.

Настоящее Решение вступает в силу с даты его подписания и подлежит официальному обнародованию.
